There are 5 horses currently at the Nevada feedlot that need out help. Photos are are below. They are:
Dun warmblood filly, 5 to 6 months old - $225
Bay QH mare, 14-14.5 hands, 4-5 years - $520
Bay TB, 16 hands, broke, friendly - $515
B/W reg. Missouri foxtrotter gelding, 7 years - $615
Black reg. Missouri foxtrotter mare, 8 years - $505
Total Ransom Price - $2,380
Any contributions, big or small, are much appreciated, as they help us get closer to the goal of ransoming all 5, and keeping them from going to slaughter in Canada.

P.S. The little filly was orphaned when her mother was shipped to the slaughter house last week.
P.P.S. We’ve successfully saved over 200 horses from slaughter by pulling them from this feedlot before they shipped to the Canadian slaughter house.

Harmony HorseWorksHarmony HorseWorks is a Colorado 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in good standing. We rescue, rehabilitate, retrain and adopt out those horses we can, the ones that stay with us are sanctuary horses and are used in Horse/Human Interactive Training/Therapy (HITT) programs here in Conifer and Evergreen, Colorado. We are partially funded by public donations from charitable people, corporations and organizations. The remainder of our funding comes from sales of equine art by Barbara Wright, sales of Wright-ESCT(tm) books and videotapes, and ESCT clinics held by Barbara Wright. Volunteers help us keep things clean!
